Today I am giving you parenting news that I have found for this month, hope you enjoy this and found these articles interesting.
1. France leads the way in taking Tiaras from Toddlers
This past week France senate voted on a bill to ban girls that are under 16 from competing in beauty pagents. The crazy part is that if they are found guilty that serve 2 years in prison and $40,000 fine!! I know this doesn't pertain to U.S but I still found this interesting. Have you heard of the show Toddler's and Tiaras? What's your view on Toddler's wearing fake eyelashes, makeup, wigs and fake tans? I personally don't think Toddlers should be wearing all that stuff, let the toddlers be natural and have a beauty pagent that way.
2. Dog saves Boy from abusive Babysitter
A family needed a babysitter for their baby and they thought they had the perfect one.... Well till the mom kissed her baby and smelled adult Oragel and their dog became very protective of the baby. After 5 months the dog would get very protective of the baby when the babysitter came through the door. This was not normal for their dog because their dog was normally friendly so they decided to investigate. The parents decided to place their phone underneath the couch and let it record, when they reviewed what it took it was heart breaking.... They heard the babysitter cussing, hitting and shaking the baby.
3. Toys 'R' Us is terminating Gender!
New standards will be set as the company will show that both genders can play with the same toy.
4. Should School districts monitor Students Social Media?
43% of kids are bullied online and only 1 out of 10 will inform a parent about their abuse. A school in California is hoping to put a stop to it by paying Geo Listening $40,500 to track the posts of their 14,000 students.
