Beauty Haul: Makeup and Nails (Jan. 2014)

Beauty is on the inside and out...... Hey everyone! Today I have a beauty haul for ya'll since I haven't done one in a while. I picked up some new makeup products I been wanting to try and Nail products.

Makeup Products:

I needed some new makeup remover since I am almost out. This is the Almay Long wear and Waterproof eye makeup remover pads.

I been seeing a lot of commercials about this mascara and decided to try it out. I had to retire my Rocket Mascara so I thought a new mascara would be good to trade in for my old one. This is the Covergirl Flamed Out Mascara.

I love these Dream Bouncy Blushes by Maybelline so I decided to add another to my collection. I have so far: Candy Coral, Peach Satin and Rose Petal. This blush is Pink Plum.

This is the only face powder I will use on my face and it works great for me. I have to use translucent powder because other powders make my face look orange. I am very pale.... Anyways I hit pan on my other one so I had to pick up a new one so I don't run out.

Revlon lip butter in Raspberry pie

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in LoveSick

Not really makeup but still want to show this. My feet have been really dry lately so I wanted to try this out.

Nails:

Nail polish remover. I haven't tried this brand before so I wanted to see if this works better to remove all my polish.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Black and Blue.

I really wanted this because of the pen. I been looking for different tools to do designs on my nails.

I thought this was really cool so I wanted to give it a try plus it has a nail design tool! I been looking for that one for a while now.

I bought two of these nail art pens in Black and White.

College Update: First Week and Feeling a bit Overwhelmed

Hey everyone so I finished my first week of my Spring semester of college and I am a bit overwhelmed with everything. I am going to explain what classes I am taking and what they need me to do this semester.... I am taking 4 classes.

Emergent Literacy for Young Children: This class we will learn and read about different children's books. We will take a look at the author, the quality of the books and learn what is age appropriate for each child age. We will also look at infant/toddler literacy and even adult literacy. I am so glad that this class has no lab!!! This class hasn't stressed me out yet. I take this class on Monday's. The only homework we have so far is chapter 1 reading. This week all we did is go over what this class is about and what we will be doing next. Soon we have to do a author study where we have to read like over 20 children books from this author and do a report about it.

Wellness of Children: This class we will learn about nutrition, health and safety. We have to make menu plans and look at safety for children. This class has 10 hours of lab and 6 hours at a Elementary School. I am probably going to do lab on Tuesday's from 8am-10am. I take this class on Tuesday's. Right now I am not too worried about this class. All we have to do is read chapters 1 and 2 in the text book.

School Age Children: This class we will go over a vary of things that include children from 5 years to 13 years. This class I have to do 16 hours at a After School Program!!! This is when I started to stress out because I have to find someone to watch Chloe and I am a little nervous about doing a after school program. The teacher wants us to start picking where we want to go and I have no idea. I need to call around this coming week and find out all the details. Plus she gave us a lot of papers for this class so I know the work load is going to be heavy for this class.

Children with Special Needs: This is basically learning about children with special needs. Only thing that stressed me out was that the students had a different book from the teacher. The teacher had the older version book and everyone else had the newer version because that's the only version they offered at the bookstore. The teacher didn't want the newer version so that made some students confused... I didn't buy my book for this class yet because I need the teacher to actually decide what book she wants before I pay for a book I don't need. It's very confusing and kinda stressful because we are suppose to read in the book but can't when we have a different version than the teacher.

What Chloe Eats In A Day #1 (1/20/2014)

Hey everyone! Today I am showing you what I give my daughter for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner. Chloe is 10 months old now and she is starting to eat more finger foods.... She still takes bottles but I am only going to mention the purees and finger foods I give her.

Disclaimer: This is what I give my daughter to eat. I just want to give you ideas on what to feed your baby or your 10 month old. Please no bashing and judging... I am aware of what I feed my daughter. I like her to try different foods/textures/taste. I do appreciate your comments but no bashing please I am a single parent and a new mom that's still learning. I hope this gives you ideas if you need some...

Breakfast: Buttermilk pancake, Honey Nut Cheerios and Fruit & Veggie Yogurt Melts (10:30am)

She also is drinking Apple Juice.

Chloe loves eating pancakes so I usually make her one a couple of days out of the week. I also gave her a handful of Cheerios with some Gerber Graduates Fruit and Veggie Yogurt Melts in the Tropical blend.  Chloe is not really a big eater from this meal she mostly ate her pancake and some cheerios. I try to give her a mix of different stuff to try and eat.

Snack: Gerber Graduates Lil Crunchies Mild Cheddar Puffs and Mix Berries Yogurt Melts (1:50pm)

Lunch: Turkey & Vegetables Ravioli with Left over Cheesy Shells (3:30pm)

She is also drinking water in her sippy cup.

Supper: Creamy Chicken Stew with Vegetables (6:30pm)

Snack: Banana Cookie and Fruit & Veggie Yogurt Melts (8pm)

Monthly Baby Haul: January 2014

I finally have a monthly baby haul to show ya'll for this month of January. It mostly consist of baby snacks and meals for her.

She loves Yogurt Melts! I got the Strawberry and Mixed Berries.

These are the Toddler Gerber Graduates Banana Cookies. Chloe loves these!! She can actually eat these and they are good for her too because she is teething a lot lately.

Gerber Graduates Mid Cheddar and Ranch Lil Crunchies puffs.

Chloe doesn't really like eating her baby food anymore so I been giving her more solid foods lately. Even though these are for Toddlers I thought I can cut it up enough to were she can eat them. I tried these lil meals before and she does okay with them. I do sit and watch her just in case....

I have to cut these up into smaller pieces but Chloe seems to like these already!

Chloe has been trying the NUK Learning Sippy Cup, she has 1 already so I decided to buy another one. I also bought two pacifiers because we lose them a lot.

Bought 2 packs of Baby Wipes. Cheap brand for now because they only costed $1.50 I think.

Chloe been teething a lot lately so I thought this would help her.

I picked up some sandwich bags because I use these bags to put her snacks in when she goes over to her grandparents house.

I bought 3 books from a 99 cent store in town
