What is the Birth Control Depo Shot? Pros and Cons!

Hey everyone!
So if you haven't seen my November health update then go check that out because it explains there that I started a new birth control which is the Depo-Provera shot.


What is Depo Birth Control Shot?
It is made up of a hormone similar to progesterone and is given as a injection in the arm. It last up to 3 months.

What are the Side Effects:
* Irregular periods or no periods at all
* Headaches
* Nervousness
* Depression
* Dizziness
* Acne
* Changes in appetite
* Weight Gain
* Excessive hair growth
* Hair loss
* Loss of bone mineral

Pros:
* You don't have to remember taking it everyday
* Doesn't interfere with sexual activity
* 99% effective
* Less Expensive than pill

Cons:
* Cause unwanted side effects
* No protection against sexual diseases
* Causes irregular periods

Our Christmas Tree 2013

It's that time of the year where Christmas trees are going up in your house and it's time to put the ornaments on. I am going to show you what our tree looks like in my parents house and show you a few ornaments that we put on the tree.

My hair is natural but it was crazy so I pinned my bangs back with clips. My makeup is neutral except for my lips. My lips are red to match with my shirt.

It's December!! Favorite time of the Year!

Beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!

December is finally here and Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year. I love listening to Christmas music, watching Christmas shows, putting up the tree, being with family and also getting to spend some time with Josh when he comes to visit this month.

This month I plan to do a lot of Christmas theme blog post :)

Right now I am typing up a paper about sports for Sociology, anybody want to do it for me? ;)
