Meditation Calm Phone App Review

Hey Everyone so since I have Anxiety and Depression I needed something to help me become calm and have some peace to my self so I downloaded the Calm phone app which teaches you about meditation and how to do it daily. This is my own view on how I like the Calm app..... The app is free to download but you only have limited access to certain things. If you pay the monthly fee then you will have more access to the app. I just use it for free because I really dont need all of the content right now so it works for me.

Here is just a overview of what the app is.

When you open the app here is what it looks like. You have music, meditation and sleep. You can also change the scene if you want.

So for music you have three choices and this is the first one. I havent tried out the music part yet as it was just added to the app not to long ago.

The next two are Relax and Sleep music.

When you open the meditation here is what it looks like. What you get for free is 7 days of Calm (intro to Meditation), Daily calm highlights, Breathing, and Timed meditation.

You get 7 days of Calm for free which is a intro into Meditation which teaches you how to meditate and how to keep doing it daily. It teaches you to let go of the past and just focus on the present.

You also get timed meditation for free which if you dont want to listen to someone talk while you meditate you can use this to set the amount of time you want to meditate for.

Here is what the side bar looks like in the app. You can also set up mindfulness reminders to remind you to meditate.

Here is what the sleep part looks like in the app. Its sleep stories that you can listen to at bed time to help you sleep.

You also get scenes that you can change up when you want to. I currently have fireplace scene because I love the way it looks and you also get the sound to go with it. You can hear the fire crackle or the lake waves or a thunderstorm.

Last thing I want to talk about is the monthly fee you have to pay. Again its free to download but you can only use a limited amount of stuff on it.

So here is my personal view on the Meditation Calm phone app. It really helps me with meditation and it helps me calm down and just let go of all the stress.

Love,
CES <3
